At DFK Hirn Newey, we believe in nurturing our staff right from the beginning of their careers. Through our Cadet Program, we employ school leavers and undergraduates on a part-time basis, while they complete their university degrees.
Cadets are mentored by previous years' cadets and higher level staff within their team, as well as receiving formal introductory tax training and regular staff training from the ICAA. On completion of their degrees, we are delighted to invite our former cadets to become full time members of our team and continue to support them as they complete their professional CA qualifications.
